- 20 gr (2 cdas) fécula de maíz (Maizena)
- 2.5 gr (1 pz. ) de Chile de árbol seco
- 5gr Orégano seco

- SALSA DE CHAMPIÑONES:
En una sartén a fuego medio agregar los 15 gr de mantequilla,incorporar los champiñones y sofríe, - Cuando comiesen a sacar jugo vierte en ellos una taza de caldo de pollo, incorporando también el chile.
- En un vaso con 10 ml de agua disuelve la fécula de maíz y vierte a la salsa poco a poco moviéndola para que no se haga grumos.
- Salpimentar y dejar que reduzca la salsa. Servir la salsa caliente.
