Steps to make to make Desayuno Sinaloense
- Se reservan 3 pz. de tortilla, y lo sobrante se parte en triángulo, lo cual se doran y se reservan
- Se tiran los huevos por separados y se estrellan, una vez guisados se reservan.
- Y se deja reposar por 30 minutos. Una vez reposada la carne, se moldea y se tira en un sartén o en una plancha. Se reserva
- En la plancha o comal se tira la mantequilla a que se derrita y de ahí se tira la cebolla rebanada, el tocino, champiñón y por último el queso Gouda. Ya que empiece a gratinar, se tira el pan con mantequilla para que se vaya calentando.
- Una vez caliente el pan, se unta con la mayonesa de ahí se le monta la lechuga y el tomate, una vez montada la verdura, se le monta la carne y el gratinado.
- Se ponen a cocer el tomate rojo, con 5 gr de chiile serrano,chile guajillo y la mitad de la cebolla blanca. Aparte se ponen a cocer el tomatillo verde, la otra mitad de la cebolla blanca y el sobrante del chile serrano. Las dos prepaciones se licuan por separado y se sazonan por separado y se reservan.
- Dos de las tres tortillas se doran planas, y una en forma de canasta y se reservan.
- Ya montada la hamburguesa se acompaña con las papas gajos y la salsa catsup.
- Se acomodan las dos tortillas planas y en cada una se montan los dos huevos y se bañan cada uno con cada salsa, en la tortilla dorada en forma de canasta se tira el frijol y se le espolvorea el queso oreado rallado.
- Una vez montado todo esto, se agarra un bowl en el cual se tiran las tortillas doradas en triángulo se bañan y se saltean con el sobrante de la salsa roja, una vez bañadas se montan por un lado del plato y se les tiran queso oreado revuelto con cilantro y cebolla blanca.
