Añadir las setas y el vino blanco y dejarlo evaporar el alcohol.
- Despues añadir dos vasos de caldo, que tiene que estar muy caliente, poner a fuego medio y remover hasta que casi no quede caldo, añadir otro vaso y remover hasta que no quede caldo y seguir añadiendo un vaso cada vez hasta que el arroz este hecho, dependiendo de cual sea, entre 18 y 25 min.
- Cuando el arroz este hecho añadir el queso parmesano y seguir removiendo.
