Cuando la papa está lista, la agregamos al woock, con la cebolla y el morrón, doramos ligeramente la papá y añadimos los champiñones y el líquido que queda en el bols, salpimentamos bien y mezclamos con cuidado. Añadimos el ajo dorado que habíamos reservado, el perejil y el ciboulette picado y por último el pimentón ahumado. Apagamos el fuego y mezclamos despacio.
