  1. Pelamos la cebolla y la cortamos en juliana gruesa. Lavamos y cortamos en bastoncitos el resto de verduras, el pimiento, la zanahoria y el calabacín. En un cuenco mezclamos la salsa de soja, con el jengibre y el ajo cortados menuditos. Reservamos.
  2. En un wok ponemos 4-5 cucharadas de aceite de girasol. Cuando el aceite esté bien caliente incorporamos las verduras y las cocinamos a fuego fuerte, removiendo casi constantemente para evitar que se quemen. Si utilizamos brotes de soja frescos los incorporamos con el resto de verduras. Si los utilizamos de bote los reservamos para el final. La textura final tiene que ser más bien durita, al dente.
  3. Cuece la carne de cerdo partida en cuadritos, con ajo, cebolla, pimienta, separa la carne cocida y reserva el caldo, sofreímos la carne y reservamos
  4. Si cocinamos las verduritas todas juntas necesitaremos 10 minutos. Si lo hacemos por tandas con 4 minutos cada una será suficiente. ncorporamos al wok el pollo troceado y cocinamos a fuego fuerte 5 minutos. Seguimos con la incorporación del aceite de sésamo y de la salsa de soja con ajo y jengibre que tenemos reservada. Le damos caña al fuego, debe estar alto para que evapore rápido y quede una salsa densa. Cocinamos unos 10 minutos aproximadamente, depende mucho del menaje que emplees.
  5. Al final añadimos los brotes de soja los incorporamos con la salsa cuando. Servimos bien caliente en un cuenco acompañado con un buen tazón de arroz blanco.
  6. Las verduras que integres son a tu gusto, si algo de hace alergia o no te gusta, o no lo tienes cambialo, haz propia tu receta
  7. Sirve con arroz blanco cocido y a disfrutar
