- Añadir el caldo de verduras, el agua, y cuando empiece a hervir añadir el apio, la zanahoria, el laurel y la salsa de champiñones y finalmente la cebada y hervir tapado a fuego medio hasta que la cebada esté tierna, ajustar, la sal y la pimienta y servir con rebanadas de pan tostado.
