  6. Añadir el tomate rallado y remover, dejar algunos minutos que haga todo "xuf xuf", que se integre todo.
  7. Añadir la carne que habíamos marcado y remover, que esta coja el sabor de las verduras.
  8. Poner agua que cubra todos los ingredientes y poner fuego fuerte. Remover y añadir los guisantes al gusto, en mi caso pongo bastantes. Pasados unos minutos probaremos para rectificar de sal.
  9. Dejar que hierva el tiempo necesario, en mi caso ha estado 1:20 horas hasta que el agua ha reducido lo suficiente, dejar un poco de salsa para mojar pan. 😋
