- Luego se divide en la cantidad de moldes que se van a utilizar. Yo ocupé moldes de 18 cms aprox. SE CORTA EN LA PARTE SUPERIOR CON EL USLERO.


- En el horno precalentado, cocer la masa por 8 min a 200 grados, apagar y dejar reposar la masa en el interior con la tapa cerrada.
- En un sartén preparamos un sofrito con aceite de oliva, agregamos la cebolla en cubitos y el ajo picado.
Utilice aceite perfumado con ajo, orégano, albahaca y champiñón que yo preparo. La dejaré el tip en mis recetas.


- Cuando la cebolla esté transparente, agregamos el morrón en cubitos con media cucharada sopera de sal, cocinamos por 5 minutos a fuego lento y tapado. Apagamos y reservamos.


- El champiñón se pica en láminas, salteamos con la margarina por un 5 minutos a fuego medio y tapado quedando semicocidos como en la foto. Apagamos y reservamos.

- Lavamos las espinacas, cortamos los tallos, agregamos agua fría 1/3 de la olla y ponemos a cocinar por 15 min. Apagamos y picamos la espinaca.


- En una olla, mezclamos la espinaca, los champiñones, el sofrito y la crema, en ese orden, cocinamos por 5 minutos apagamos e incorporamos el queso, revolvemos e inmediatamente rellenamos la masa.


- Finalmente, llevamos al horno por 20 minutos a 200 grados y con el calor superior.
