- 1 Pimentón Rojo en bastones
- 1 cebolla en bastones
- 1 berenjena en 8 bastones
- 1 onza aceite de canola
- 1/2 onza aceite de ajonjolí
- 2 onzas salsa de soja
- 4 onzas vino oporto
- 1 pizca pimienta blanca

- Arroz se lava con abundante agua. En el aceite muy caliente se tuesta 1/2 taza del arroz. Agregamos los Ajos y doramos segundos. Agregamos el agua a 2 dedos por encima del arroz, y la sal al gusto.
- Hervimos fuerte el arroz y cuando el agua se consume a nivel del arroz, bajamos el fuego al mínimo, tapamos y dejamos 30 minutos hasta que esté cocido.
- Freímos los bastones de Papas sancochadas, hasta que estén tostadas. Redervamos
- Cortamos la carne en dedos y sazonamos, dejamos reposar.
- En el wok calentamos los aceites y le damos 2 segundos al ajo y el jengibre. Inmediato agregamos los vegetales, sazonamos y salteamos.
- Agregamos la carne y salteamos 2 minutos más a fuego muy alto. Debe freírse, no sancocharse.
- Agregamos pimienta blanca, salsa de soja y oporto. Tapamos 90 segundos y apagamos.
- Justo antes de servir agregamos las papas y servimos junto al arroz.
