- Cuándo el caldo de carne se enfríe se debe colar en un cernidor o tamizador para ocupar el caldo solamente dejando 300 cc. De este y llevarlo a fuego alto hasta que hierva, mientras tanto mezclamos la maicena con 100 cc de agua y revolvemos hasta que se disuelva por completo. Cuándo el caldo esté hirviendo agregamos la maicena diluida y revolvemos con una cuchara de madera a fuego lento hasta que espese, agregamos los champiñones y dejamos reposar
- Calentamos los rollos de carne por diez minutos a fuego fuerte en el horno con los quemadores de forma envolventes para dorar y para que se derrita el queso
- Después de esos diez minutos, se sirve inmediatamente agregando la salsa encima.
