- Lavamos y cortamos a láminas los champiñones.

- Calentamos un chorrito de aceite en una sartén y sofreímos a fuego medio el beicon y los ajos enteros.
- Cuando el beicon cambie de color, añadimos los champiñones laminados y los piñones.
- Cuando los piñones comiencen a dorarse, añadimos la fécula de maíz, damos unos vueltas, añadimos el brandy y flambeamos (encendemos el brandy con un mechero).
- Cuando se apague el brandy, removemos.
- Añadimos las acelgas, unos 200 ml del caldo de cocción de las acelgas, la pastilla de concentrado de carne, la pimienta, el orégano y rectificamos el punto de sal.
- Removemos y dejamos cocer a fuego medio unos 10 minutos.
- Servir caliente.
