La historia de esta receta es muy particular. Llegamos de trabajar con mi mejor amigo, abri la heladera y lo unico que habia era Arroz, un poco de Lechuga (Lo ultimo que queda), Pechuga de Pollo, y en la alacena una lata de Porotos. Siempre supe que la mostaza y el pollo es una combinación brutal, empezé a probar y para que no quede tan fuerte le agregue mayonesa y unas especias mas. Les juro que quedó como si estuviera hecha en un restaurante, por eso es una de mis recetas favoritas.

- Colocar en una asadera con un poco de aceite en el fondo (Para que no se pegue) y llevar al horno a 180° por 30/45 minutos.
- Cuando falten 10 minutos para sacarlas tiras los champiñones en la asadera sobre las pechugas. Con el mismo jugo que largan van a quedar tremendos. Si queres podes colocarle unas cucharadas de crema de leche para después usarla para acompañar un arroz.
- La cebollita de verdeo es para decorar el plato. La picas bien y la arrojas arriba cuando ya hayas servido.
