Respetando la consigna de la semana traté de buscar un buen maridaje para el repollo. Pensé en una comida vegetariana, donde el tofu aportará, junto a los hongos la proteína, luego la zanahoria caramelizada y el repollo pusieron sus notas de sabores. Quedo sabroso, se realiza rápido, pero quede corto en las porciones jajaj. ( porque gusto mucho🤔😉)🙋♂️👋👨🍳

- 250 gramos Hongos champiñones fileteados
- 1 ramita Romero frescos
- 2 ramitas perejil picado rústico

- Reunir los ingredientes, lavar, pelar y cortar los vegetales como mencionamos anteriormente, el tofu lo corté en rectángulos. Preparar el aderezo para marinar el tofu con la miel, mostaza Dijon, sal de hierbas, aceite de oliva, emulsionar bien en un bols y poner en un plato hondo el tofu cubierto con esta mezcla por lo menos 15 minutos.


- En una plancha de hierro, muy caliente, añadimos un chorrito de aceite, el diente de ajo hasta que se dore ligeramente (lo retiramos) ponemos primero la zanahoria, luego los champiñones, conseguir dorar y que la zanahoria se caramelizara es la meta. Luego agregamos el tofu con su aderezo, lo doramos por ambos lados y por último el repollo, salpimentamos...agregamos orégano. Como la plancha me quedaba chica, me ayude con un sartén para mantener caliente la zanahoria y el repollo.

- El tiempo en la plancha no superó los 10 minutos, se hace muy rápido. Servimos y cubrimos los champiñones con el perejil picado. Buen provecho!!
