- En una sartén con aceite de oliva poner los sombreros laminados con un poco de sal. Dejar unos minutos y añadir 1/2 cucharadita de orégano molido y el vino blanco. Dejar hasta que estén hechos



- Retirar y reservar

- Picar los troncos. Poner en una sartén con un poco de aceite de oliva, sal, 1/2 cucharadita de orégano molido, 1/2 cucharadita de jengibre molido y dorar



- Añadir 1/2 vaso de leche de almendras y dejar cocer hasta que estén hechos y casi se haya absorbido el líquido


- Pasar al vaso de la batidora, añadir un poco más de leche de almendras caliente, batir bien y reservar

- Lavar y secar el calabacín. Con la mandolina hacer láminas no demasiado finas. Reservar


- En un mortero poner el ajo pelado y picado, un poco de sal y el cilantro fresco picado

- Majar y añadir 3 cucharadas de aceite de oliva virgen extra. Mezclar

- Con el majado ir pincelando las láminas de calabacín

- Hacer en una sartén o plancha a fuego medio-alto. Sacar y reservar



- En un plato o fuente de servir ponemos un poco de la crema de los troncos de champiñones

- Encima una lámina de calabacín, encima una de las láminas de los champiñones


- Seguimos las mismas capas hasta terminar el relleno y terminamos con una lámina de calabacín


- Regamos con un poco más de la crema de los troncos

- Rallamos un poco de Grana Padano, lo ponemos por encima y tostamos con el soplete



- Servimos caliente recién hecho
